This is for all of the sleep-deprived parents out there.
You know you are sleep-deprived when: (all of these have happened to me)
-You can’t remember the last time you got 8 uninterrupted hours of sleep
-You know that one of your kids woke you up at least one time but have no memory of who or when or why.
-You wake up with vertigo. (me this week)
-You wake up with a headache.
-You can’t remember what day it is when you wake-up.
-You can’t remember why you set your alarm to get up.
-You turn off the alarm and don’t remember doing so, only to wake-up later in panic mode.
-Your child tells you that he came into your room last night and you have no memory of that happening but the door being open in the morning is the proof.
-You fall asleep while putting your kids to bed.
-You can’t stop yawning while reading to your kids.
-You fall asleep in a toddler bed.
-You fall asleep on the floor.
-You fall asleep just about anywhere.
and my all time favorite:

Oh I am so there....have you been following my blog? Luke has been giving us LOTS of trouble! ;)
I have kept up with your blog. I read that about Luke.
It seems like the slightest change in the boys schedule causes them to not sleep well.
Any time people come to visit us and stay overnight the boys don't sleep through the night. We still have kept them going to bed at the same time so that is annoying that they don't sleep better.
